From choosing the car to it arriving was all done very quickly which was amazing, especially as my old car was completely broken. This meant I was able to get the new car and start driving again in record time, which I'm really appreciative of.

When I came to fit replacement head unit on 26th June I discovered the negative battery terminal was loose. Clearly not tightened up when the car was with BMW on 13th June. I'm lucky I didn't have a breakdown because of this. Not impressed.
