From choosing the car to it arriving was all done very quickly which was amazing, especially as my old car was completely broken. This meant I was able to get the new car and start driving again in record time, which I'm really appreciative of.

Stephen Fleming who sold us the car was very helpful and knowledgeable from the first enquiry to driving the car out of the garage He set up all the systems and explained how everything worked. Cant speak highly enough of him.

The various vehicle purchase/configuration options were explained in detail and a test drive was provided. I was updated regularly during the 8 week production period. The handover was very slick and reinforced my decision to purchase BMW.

MOT and checks all done in good time, however, giving 4 stars as the wash was not as thorough as advertised

I will in future visit Lookers to ensure my requests are fully understood as the booking via a centre based away from the site does not work effectively, whereas a visit would. The staff at the centre were excellent and exactly as I'd expected.
