Dan Hughes the salesman was extremely efficient and sensitive to dealing with our enquiry especially when finding that we were in the middle of a bereavement. Initially looking tojust explore the options available there was no pressure to buy.

My car was given a different service than I requested, I spoke to someone by phone before the service to ensure it was the oil and filter service at a cost of ap £380. When I picked the car up it had been given a full service costing over £600!!!

I use BMW to fit tyres to my X5, I could get them much cheaper at Kwikfit! I choose BMW to supply and fit them because I expect a better level of service. I was disappointed when I received my car back the wheel was covered on tyre paste. No wash

When the client ask you to send video with removing oil,you send the all video not 3 seconds, no explanation if it was ok ,it's leaking oil or everything on the level, already we are not allowed on the working area to have the video of the job done

car was diagnosed as fine despite me knowing the wheel was damaged. Had I not have insisted they look more thoroughly, they were happy to send me away with an unsafe car Customer service rep (Rebecca) was completely uninterested in helping throughout

The centre team were fine, its the experience prior to the appointment that really needs examining - it was dreadful! and Certainly NOT what I would expect from a premium brand vehicle! Call centre were shockingly bad!

Car was made available at the requested time but the service light hadn't been reset so I had to wait around. I also wanted the interior light repairing because it isn't working as expected but was told this was due to damage, which isn't correct.

I was not informed that my service plan was based on mileage. Had I known that I would have made less business trips on gone in earlier, ended up paying for a service I shouldn't have. Coolant light came on 6 weeks after service, refused to top up

They lost my keys, and then I couldn't get through to anyone to resolve this. I went to collect my car on my lunch break and was left sitting for 45 minutes until someone explained what was going on, and missed meetings as a result.

Everything felt a bit rushed, car had new tyre and TPM fitted, no real feedback on what was done mainly tracking was it checked? Complimentary health check no report? Been previously for services and mot's and people seemed to have time for you.

The starter motor (safety recall) was replaced satisfactorily -thank you and good BMW UK takes such issues seriously. However, the idrive service history and other settings were completely scrambled. Lookers service administrator refused to reset.

Disappointed that the issue was not found for the second time but service advisor was helpful. My car was valeted and something has been sprayed inside the car and not wiped and took me hours polishing inside the car but stains will not come off.

It would have been nice if the windscreen was had been topped up. I got a warning light for it as I drove off the forecourt! Over £500 service and no windscreen wash seems a bit mean.

I arranged a courtesy car when my car received a recall and no one told me about the fee for the courtesy car until the day before it was booked in, also when I filled in the booking form I said yes to having my car washed but it came back NOT washed
