I will happily single out Thomas Royle whom I dealt with throughout the process and despite his recent introduction to BMW he couldn't have worked harder to deliver a purchase for me that did have it's hurdles given my requirements.

I wouldn't recommend the Crewe BMW service centre due to poor customer service. Despite showing them a video of a previous air con fix, they refused to check it without charging £220. I resolved it myself for £12.50. Basic checks were also missed.

Vehicle assessed quickly but needed parts from Germany - 10 days but arrived more quickly but due to staff holidays, another job over-ran, sickness & needing additional parts caused a c. 7 week delay . This was offset by providing a courtesy car.

I went for an autumnal service at Crewe and the service from the front desk through to the report was great. I had to mark down slightly as my car wash and vac seemed rushed with streaks over the car and handprints on the window.

Found the whole experience positive from being greeted at service desk by Paul through to service advisor Ryan. Ryan Kept me up to date with diagnosis and problems discovered through to car being repaired and ready for collection.

Checked straight in. Offered a coffee and was able to sit down in the showroom and deal with some paper work I had to do. It took slightly longer to do the check up than indicated but this did not affect me.

Good communication, easy booking. I managed to get a table to work from & a couple of coffees while my car was being worked on. Nice extra that the car was washed and vacuumed. Shame the boot was not vacuumed but its not the end of the world.
